St John's Crisis Centre - Surfers Paradise
As an advocate for the community, Sonya volunteers her time on the board of the St John's Crisis Centre in Surfers Paradise and is active in ensuring the longevity of the organisation.
Every day St John’s Crisis Centre provides food, clothing and other essential services for Gold Coasters in their time of crisis. As a non-denominational charity located in the heart of the Surfers Paradise, the organisation is devoted to helping our communities’ members who need “a hand up”.
Services include take away lunches, providing essential clothing / food, right through to helping people find work or required services.
